I think Justin may be the nicest and most helpful guy I've ever met. He responded promptly, gave me thorough answers and even made a personalized video answering some of my questions and sent it to me via email. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have relied on Texas State Health professionals to help us with our insurance needs for several years. Justin has worked late hours and traveled to our home to help ensure our needs are met well before the deadlines. He has also worked through the red tape and mistakes that Blue Cross made due to glitches in Blue Cross' IT systems. He provides outstanding, personal service which is hard to find these days!
