Justin is originally from McAllen, Texas which is located in the Rio Grande Valley. He has traveled and resided all over the US managing territories for building products manufacturers and distributors on both the East and West coasts. He relocated back to Texas over 10 years ago and has called San Antonio home ever since.

In July of 2013, Justin launched Texas State Financial & Health to help clients in San Antonio and deep south Texas with their Health Insurance needs.
